Family visits

During these weeks we have received some visits of our families,
Josue, Naia´s dad came to tell us a story in English, "THE WIZARD OF OZ".

June´s mum came to tell us a story prepared by her and Ana, Ekai´s mum, about "Las fiestas del barrio, Las fiestas de la Madalena".

Mondrian!!

MONDRIAN!

We are just finishing these wonderful project about MONDRIAN in which we have met Mondrian, his work and the shapes and colors he used in different ways.

We´ve made this special piece with salt and chalks:

TODAY IS THE WORLD POETRY DAY

Cuando hemos llegado al colegio hemos encontrado un montón de sorpresas por las paredes de los pasillos y por las escaleras. Y es que,¡hoy es el día mundial de la poesía!

En las clases de 5 años, como ya sabemos escribir, se nos ha ocurrido la idea de escribir una poesía entre todos para guardarla en nuestra biblioteca del aula. 

¡Nos ha quedado así de bien!

Book fair!!

Tomorrow we have the pleasure to receive Marina from netedu with a lot of books in English!!

During Thursday and Friday morning , kids will enjoy story-telling of books such as:

PETE THE CAT AND I LOVE MY WHITE SHOES (Infants 1),

PETE THE CAT AND HIS FOUR GROOVY BUTTONS (Infants 2)

THERE WAS AN OLD LADY WHO SWALLOWED A FLY (Infants 3)

And from 12.30 to 13.00 and

16.30 to 17. 30, both

Thursday and Friday, the library will be opened for those families who can be interested in getting a new book in English!

Mañana tenemos el placer de recibir a Marina con su Feria del libro.

Durante las mañanas del Jueves 21 y viernes 22 los alumnos de Infantil a primaria disfrutarán de diferentes cuenta-cuentos en inglés de los divertidos cuentos:

Visit to EL CENTRO DE HISTORIAS

CENTRO DE HISTORIAS

Yesterday we had the pleasure to visit El centro de Historias, one of the cultural spaces more active in our city, situated in our neighbourhood "La Madalena".

Marisa, Cecilia´s mum, works there and she explained us the exposition about "Puppets" ("Marionetas") .

It was great, we learned a lot of things and we enjoyed so much the exhibition.

We also visited the Recording Studio where there was a musician playing a guitar and recording it in that moment.

It was a great visit!!!

Carnival Carnival!!

Last Thursday, we celebrated Carnival and "Jueves lardero".

It was very fun!!!

Y la longaniza estaba deliciosa!!! MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS A TERESA Y A LAS FAMILIAS QUE COLABORARON E HICIERON POSIBLE QUE CELEBRARAMOS JUEVES LARDERO!!!
